Platform IAS Cancellation Policy
Once a student enrols in any course, class, or purchases materials with Platform IAS, refunds of the Payment or transfers of funds to other students are not permitted. However, under certain circumstances, students may be allowed to switch courses. In such instances, Platform IAS will apply administrative charges (minimum 25% of the total payment) and designate the remaining amount as retained funds. Retained funds are earmarked exclusively for enrollment in new courses and require approval from Platform IAS.
Extra Payment Refund Policy:
- If Platform IAS receives additional payments for any course through any means, the organisation will make efforts to refund the excess charges within 15 days upon verification of the claims.
- Refund methods may include direct bank transfers through NEFT or other agreed-upon means between the student and Platform IAS management.
- Platform IAS disclaims any liability for damages resulting solely from bank processing issues or student negligence during the payment process.
- Students are advised to address such matters directly with the bank and may pursue resolution through consumer forums if necessary.
- Platform IAS will make reasonable efforts to assist students considering time, workforce constraints, and other factors.
